SMOKE TESTING OF SEWER LINES

Ninety Six CPW along with Blizzard Services will be doing smoke testing in and around town for the next few weeks starting Monday January 13th. Citizens may see smoke coming out of manholes and customers may experience smoke in their bathrooms and kitchens in their plumbing does not have pea traps in place. The smoke is non-toxic and does not have an odor. The purpose of the smoke testing is to have another look at our sewer system and if repairs are needed in areas.
